Return & Cancellation Policy

We do not offer free returns — return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.


Returns

Can I return my order?
Yes, you can.

If you are not satisfied with the items you received, you have the right to return them within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The order still includes all corresponding parts and components, and the packaging is in its original condition.

  • The product has only been handled in a way necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. Damage caused by improper use is excluded.

  • Items where hygiene is important must be properly cleaned before being returned.

  • The product must be reported as defective immediately upon receipt.

  • We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.

  • Returns will be processed within 7 business days, and if all conditions are met, the return will be officially accepted within that timeframe.

We reserve the right to decline returns if we suspect that the item has been used or damaged through user error.


How do I return my order?

If your order meets the return criteria mentioned above, please follow these steps:

⚠️ Please do not return your order to the sender address; we will provide the correct return address upon request.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.


Cancellation Policy

The consumer has a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, if the buyer is a natural person acting outside their commercial or freelance professional activity.

A. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you or a third party named by you (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.

Due to our fully automated processing system, orders are executed immediately after being placed.
As a result, we are unable to interrupt the shipping process once the order has been submitted. Therefore, refunds can only be processed after the item has been returned to us.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Stefan HQ Limited) clearly and explicitly (e.g., by email) of your decision to cancel this contract. The withdrawal is completed once we have received the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Orders in Transit

As our products are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur which are beyond our control.
If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then initiate a return. You are welcome to notify us in advance about your wish to cancel.

To ensure the fastest return process, please send us a shipping confirmation once the item has been sent back.


Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the standard shipping costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard free option).

The refund will be issued no later than 14 days from the date we receive notice of your withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed — in no case will you be charged fees for the refund.
